About me

As I said in my first post, I am not a mental health professional. This blog is not intended to take the place of help from a professional or give professional advice. I’m simply sharing how I healed. Realizations I came too, have shared with others and in turn started them on the self-healing journey. Now I’m sharing with one and all. Please take what resonates with you and heal. Our individual healing is in our hands. Hint: You already have the answers you seek within you! Tap in.

It’s all energy.  Love is the key.  Use it. Love is the law.  The greatest gift given to humanity. How are you using it?

I have been sensitive to energy and light my entire life. Not something one can openly talk about.  Most of my life I assumed these things normal and that everyone was experiencing the same occurences.  It’s important to learn how to be mindful and manage your own energy.  I will put forth concepts in a practical manner to promote spiritual/personal growth and development.  Practical energy/light work. You all do it everyday.  You just haven’t realized it yet.

I’ve authored a children’s book and have exponential plans for it. Big BIG vision for it. The kind of vision that keeps me up at night wanting to make it all happen NOW, but knowing I have to be patient and pace myself. I need to locate an illustrator to work with. I haven’t narrowed down what path to take with publishing at present. Most likely it will be a series…who am I kidding…it already is! Yes, I do believe the children are our future.

I’m married and live in a southern state in the US.  My husband and I between us have 3 lovely adult children.  And! Two furbabies!

I have some exciting projects in the works. I would love to connect with you on social media and network. I’m available for hire as a guest/sponsored blogger. I prefer to blog about causes and products that resonate with me. Topics, items and causes for the betterment of humanity is my alignment. All LOVE. Let’s promote each other because it truly does take a village!

Namaste
